Have you ever come across “Duplicate record found. Please upload the copy of passport AND calling visa/ immigration approval/work permit. Click on “Change Employer” if the worker is your employee”?

This error occurred due to the worker has already exist in your worker list or was previously registered using another employer code.

Follow the instruction to upload the copy of passport AND calling visa/ immigration approval/work permit and click on change employer.

You will receive an email notification once it has been approved or rejected within 3 working days.
You may also check the status from time to time in:
Others > Change employer > refer to the status
