What are the required document for FOMEMA application as a Sistem Maid Online (SMO) employer?
- A copy of employer’s NRIC / a copy of employer’s passport for Non-Malaysian.
- A copy of System Maid Online Slip that can be obtained from the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Can we appeal for Unsuitable Medical Examination result for Sistem Maid Online (SMO)?
Employer is unable to register for appeal in FOMEMA online portal.
Nevertheless, employer may email appeal form appendix 4 to appeal@fomema.com.my and cc to cs@fomema.com.my to appeal.
